At Jobella Makes, every order is handmade with care. Because of the nature of handmade and personalised products, please read the information below before placing your order.
🎀 Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made or personalised items are created specifically for you and may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where your legal rights apply.
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
💕 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the item, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so I can look into this for you.
📦 Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, please contact me and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
🎀 Returns
If an item is eligible for return, it must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Jobella Makes.
Please do not send an item back without contacting me first.
